Strange get-out-the-vote schemes #1 disavowed

Re this recent post of mine: This official rejection by the RNC and CRNC of said schemes . . . though, if you read on, you'll see that the U of Michigan paper can't seem to keep from reporting that some Michigan State CRs think such hijinks are perfectly okay.

Just following the story, as they say.
