Apropos of nothing . . .
Just for fun, I decided to google "arranging, deepening, enchanting" to see what would turn up (besides Wallace Stevens' "The Idea of Order at Key West" and the description for my blog). One interesting--and, I think, attractive--thing that turned up was this painting by Michael Lasoff, which really seems to embody the phrase.

Thanks for your kind comments. The older I get the more it fascinates me how God puts some seemingly ordinary events in motion to accomplish a purpose that is generally obscure to the participants at the beginning. I’m continually amazed at what comes out of nowhere when I sit down to blog. Personally, I have had the uneasy impression for a while that God is starting to redefine his earthly message. I know it seems to be a bit off the wall and completely nutty on my part to say it. To take it a step further, I think you are in the process of being drafted for the same purpose.
